We had the Kyoto Shoyu Ramen and Black Garlic Tonkotsu ramen. The Tonkotsu ramen was a little on the lighter side, and we saw some reviews complaining about it but honestly we loved it! The Kyoto ramen was spicy good. You can mix the paste into your preferred spiciness. Also, they use different noodles based on broth - we appreciate this little detail! Kani Croquette was creamy! Gyoza was legit & done right. Might seem burnt to some but we thought it was normal. Sweet Potato Cheesecake was delicious!! Will def come again! Finally a place we can go without going all the way into Boston haha. Free parking for added bonus!!!
The food and drinks were delicious and really satisfying. You have to try the matcha latte, it’s perfect! The atmosphere is great, and the staff is very friendly.
A hidden gem!!! Service was excellent, ordering is just online through a QR code so convenient for a quick bite. Ramen broth 12/10, authentic in flavor and the noodles are very fresh. The fried Scallops & Gyoza were also excellent. We will most definitely be back with friends !
We found this place quite by accident, and it is clearly a hidden gem if you like Ramen. You order your dinner via toast app, either with an account or as a guest. The QR code is available at every table. The options for Ramen, ramue water, and other local Japanese flavors give you plenty of options to try. You can even customize your Ramen with additional food items. The gyoza were really good too! If you like spicy flavors, you may need to ask for chili oil, or some other hot sauce to compliment your palate. The dining experience itself is simple. Plain wooden tables and metal chairs, set up in cafeteria style. Modular, to support parties of any size. Has alcohol offerings. Give it a try!
I like the broth, tried several flavors and they are all good! The tonkotsu come with the thinner noodles and the shoyu is thicker, it would be better if there is thicker option for the tinkotsu as well. The chicken karaage is also good! The portion is not big but price is reasonable.
Delicious ramen place probably the best among the ones I went Boston, NH, VT, ME. The broth was athentic, especially the one I had : spicy tonkotsu shiyo ramen. I appreciated the egg, bamboo shoot, and the tree ear mushroom, traditional textures I expect from a legit Japanese Ramen. Also love love love their desert set:Taiyaki with Matcha icecream! It is extremely hard to find not too sweet desert in America and this is one of very few. Matcha icecream is thick, tasteful, and the taiyaki is warm and nice, although I personally prefer more red bean paste.
VERY GOOD FOOD. I ordered for the first time yesterday and again today. My sister had the miso ramen and I had the spicy miso ramen and the portion is perfect, the taste amazing, and overall it was a nice meal to share with family. Worth the money, Thank you
